StandOut Platform

StandOut is a brand of The Marcus Buckingham Company (an ADP Company), which offers engagement tools and coaching experiences. The StandOut Assessment is a timed, online test that determines different strengths of team leaders and team members within an organization. Teams are then encouraged to use the StandOut platform to track engagement and performance. The UI/UX on desktop browser and mobile app was in need of a full redesign to visually match the brand and improve functionality. I collaborated with the product team to develop new UI/UX designs to the Login pages and the StandOut Assessment. I also created character illustrations to keep the design friendly and consistent with the brand.
