Character Illustrations

StandOut is a brand of The Marcus Buckingham Company (an ADP Company), which offers engagement tools and coaching experiences. Brand continuity was needed throughout its marketing visuals and technology tools. As a team member or team leader in a relatively large company, it’s easy to feel blended in – like a stick figure among many. StandOut’s goal is to help individuals recognize their own strengths and use it to the best of their advantage. So I used their original stick figure motif and designed it into characters within different colors, expressions, and themes. This library of illustrations continued to grow in the company’s storytelling, such as in videos, presentation decks, website, and more. They added personality and friendliness to TMBC’s brand.
